Roundup, the most widely used weed-killer in the world, has been declared a “probable human carcinogen” by the cancer-research agency of the World Health Organization. Studies have linked Roundup to non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and other cancers.
Farm workers are especially at risk. In October 2016, federal judges centralized dozens of Roundup lawsuits into one Multidistrict lawsuit in the Northern District of California. In these lawsuits, Monsanto, the manufacturer of Roundup, is accused of failing to warn about the risk of farmers developing non-Hodgkin Lymphoma associated with the use of Roundup.
